Tax & Compliance: returns proved from your Spire data
The returns and remittances you sign off on, derived from your Spire data and proved before they go out: sales tax, payroll source deductions, WSIB, employer health tax, information slips and the year-end close. Every figure is cross-checked more than one way, and a return refuses to call itself final while a check is failing. It prepares and proves the numbers; your accountant reviews and files them.

- Employer health tax (EHT) for Ontario and BC, checked against the exemption threshold where it is most often got wrong
- T4, T4A and T5018 reconciliation: what is about to be reported checked against what the ledger says, T5018 reading the AP data you already have
- A year-end and period close pack: trial balance, AR, AP, tax and bank control reconciliations, and open items in one reviewable bundle
- A remittance calendar carrying every filing obligation, its due date and its status, with reminders before it comes due
