The customer signs with a finger on the phone, even offline, and the signed PDF goes to them by email.

The quote syncs itself when the signal returns, priced by Spire, and its timeline ends in the Spire document number. A retry can never create a second one.

Does it need an app from the App Store?
No. Field Sales runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen, so there is nothing to download or approve.
What happens with no signal?
The rep keeps working. A saved quote survives closing the app and syncs to Spire by itself when the connection returns, once and only once.
Whose price does the customer get?
Spire's. The phone shows an estimate at the customer's price level, and Spire's own price replaces it when the quote syncs.
Does it write quotes or orders?
Quotes by default. A setting can make it write orders instead.
