The one thing to know
You pay for power seats, not people.
A power seat is an office / transactional user who writes to your database: the people running dispatch, billing, full edit, financials, AI-author and settings. Field & viewer users are free and unlimited, forever. Hire ten techs tomorrow and your bill doesn't move.
Free covers everything a field or viewing user needs to do the job in front of them: look up a customer, part or price, check status, view any record they are entitled to see, and capture their own work (time, photos, checklists and signatures).
Entering orders and quotes is power-seat activity, alongside dispatch, billing and financials. The line is simple: recording what you did is free, committing a transaction is a power seat.

Does Nexus replace my ERP?
No. Nexus sits on top of your Spire/ERP and makes it intelligent. Your ERP stays the system of record.
Do I pay per technician?
No. Field and viewer seats are unlimited and free on every tier. You only pay for power/office seats (dispatch, billing, full edit, AI-author, settings). Free covers look-up, status, viewing, and capturing their own work: time, photos, checklists and signatures. Entering orders and quotes is power-seat activity, alongside dispatch, billing and financials.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Start with the platform and Inbox Assistant, then add modules as you grow. They all share one connected core.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding is one-time and shown with each tier above. Launch includes guided self-serve setup; larger plans include white-glove onboarding: we connect your Spire / ERP, map your data, white-label Nexus, and train your team. Came through a partner? How do I get module pricing?

CAD or USD?
Both are native list prices: Canadians are billed in Canadian dollars and US clients in US dollars, so there is no FX surprise on your invoice.
How many modules does Nexus have?
26 in total. 5 are included in the platform fee: the Company Pulse, GL & Finance and Inventory dashboards, Ask Nexus and the Inbox Assistant. The other 21 are add-ons you switch on as you need them, spanning conversations and AI, documents, field and jobs, customer and commerce, operations and supply chain, intelligence, integrations and developer tools.
What does the platform fee include?
The connected integration layer that joins your Spire or ERP, mail and documents into one data model, plus Ask Nexus and the Company Pulse, GL & Finance and Inventory dashboards, the weekly digest, and the Inbox Assistant with fair-use AI. Do I need Spire to use Nexus?
No. Nexus runs on your live ERP data and works with Spire, QuickBooks, Epicor, NetSuite and Dynamics 365. Spire is where the integration goes deepest, because that is where Cortexx has spent the most time, but it is not a requirement.
