The Sales Dashboard opens on the last 30 days, or any range you pick. Revenue and gross profit sit beside the same dates last year, with the open backlog and late orders as of today.

Customer Health compares each customer with their own buying rhythm, flags the ones gone quiet or down 20 percent or more on the year before, and ranks them by risk: how far past their rhythm they are, weighted by what they buy. New customers are listed apart, as accounts to protect.

Watch the trend
Sales Performance shows sales, invoices and the average order by period, with the growth on each, filtered by customer, product, supplier, salesperson or warehouse, and gross profit for anyone with the permission.

Stop the leaks
Margin Leakage takes a window and a target margin, and lists the lines sold below it: the dollars you would have kept, grouped by customer, rep and item, and the worst single lines.

Can I see what is behind a figure?
Yes. On the Sales Dashboard, Customer Health and Margin Leakage, a figure opens the records behind it, checked to add up to the figure, and the list exports to Excel.
Who sees margins?
Gross profit needs its own permission. Margin Leakage cannot be opened without it, and the other dashboards leave margin out for anyone who lacks it.
